# Returns & Refund Policy
At Eighteen Supply Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
## Returns We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return: - Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition - All tags and original packaging must be included - Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required Items that are returned worn, damaged, washed, or not in original condition may not be accepted.
## Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
## Exchanges If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to assist, subject to stock availability.
## Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where applicable.
## Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless: - the item is faulty - the wrong item was sent - the product arrived damaged We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
## Sale Items Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
