## Shipping Locations We currently ship Australia-wide only. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
## Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Please note that during product launches, sales, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
## Shipping Timeframes Estimated delivery times within Australia: - Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days - Express Shipping: 1–4 business days Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
## Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
## Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
## Delays & Carrier Issues While we aim to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or peak periods are outside of our control. Eighteen Supply Co is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
## Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
